Stage One
Rebuilding after a major transition
Some are rebuilding after a major life transition — career loss, divorce, burnout, illness, or another unexpected change that has left them questioning who they are.
@JoinReinventionLab
Helping people at life's biggest turning points — from emerging adults finding their direction to accomplished professionals reinventing themselves after major change.
You shouldn't have to lose everything to discover who you really are.
Reinvention isn't reserved for a lucky few. It's a skill that can be learned — and that's why The Reinvention Lab exists.
Founder of The Reinvention Lab. 15+ years as a mental health professional working with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and major life transitions.
About Me
Before founding The Reinvention Lab, I spent more than fifteen years working as a mental health professional, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and major life transitions. Those years taught me a tremendous amount about human behavior — but they also showed me that insight alone isn't enough. Sustainable change happens when our daily actions begin to align with who we want to become.
I've spent years understanding human behavior professionally, and then I had to rebuild my own life personally. I know what it feels like when the identity you've built no longer fits — or disappears entirely. Reinvention isn't a theory to me. It's something I've had to practice.
Today, I'm less interested in who you used to be than who you're becoming. Whether you're changing careers, recovering from loss, questioning your identity, or simply feeling called toward a different life, I believe reinvention isn't reserved for a lucky few. It's a skill that can be learned — and that's why I created The Reinvention Lab.
Who I Help
I work with people at two pivotal stages of life.
Stage One
Some are rebuilding after a major life transition — career loss, divorce, burnout, illness, or another unexpected change that has left them questioning who they are.
Stage Two
Others are younger adults in their 20s and 30s who aren't starting over — they're just starting. They're asking important questions about who they want to become, what kind of life they want to build, and how to make decisions that align with their values instead of other people's expectations.
Reinvention isn't just for people who have lost everything. It's for anyone who wants to become who they're capable of being.
Whether you're rebuilding your life or building it for the first time, my coaching helps you develop self-awareness, identify the habits and beliefs that are holding you back, recognize your strengths, work through your blind spots, and create an intentional path forward.
